Service 04

Ongoing operations

We take over an agreed part of operations: monitoring, updates, backups and incident handling. We run it in your environment, or host your applications on our platform. Scope, responsibilities and response times are agreed according to your needs.

When we can help

  1. Everything depends on one person.

We map the environment, fill in the documentation and set up processes that let knowledge and operational responsibility be shared.

  2. Operations keep us from our actual work.

We take over the agreed operational activities and look after the environment continuously, not only when something breaks.

What we do

  1. Monitoring and observability

We monitor the state of your environment and applications to catch problems as early as possible.

  2. Updates and maintenance

Regular updates and maintenance of the environment within the agreed scope.

  3. Backups and recovery

Backups and regular recovery validation within the agreed scope.

  4. Incidents and improvement

Incident handling and continuous improvement, so the same problems do not keep coming back.

Where it runs

  • In your environment

In your cloud or on your servers. The infrastructure stays yours; we look after it.

  • On our platform

We can host and operate tools such as GitLab or business applications on our infrastructure. You simply use them.

How to start

We start by mapping your environment and standardising it: we bring the infrastructure into IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and run changes through GitOps. On that foundation we take over operations, with an agreed scope of management, access, responsibilities and response times. A migration is not a prerequisite.

FAQ

Questions about this service

Can you take over an environment we have already built?

Yes. We start by mapping and standardising the environment, then agree on the scope of management, access, responsibilities and necessary changes.

Why do you standardise the environment before taking over operations?

Because only an environment managed as Infrastructure as Code can be managed repeatably and safely. Every change is traceable in Git, the environment can be rebuilt from its definition, and management does not depend on anyone's memory.

How do you handle support availability?

Support scope and response times are agreed according to the needs and criticality of your operations.

What if we already have our own IT team?

We take over only the agreed activities and work together with your team. The split of responsibilities is part of the agreement.

Maybe you don’t need us.

If you have a team that handles operations, security and cover, keep it that way. If not, a few sentences are enough.
